Who is the author?

I studied quite much of social science field and a member of an organization related with political science. I received education in the US, and lived in Europe for some extent. Recently I traveled in the post-Yugo countries and learned the modern conflicts between Christian and Muslims. I am Christian, by the way. But I wanted to know more about this deep root of conflict and learn about the impact on the modern societies and traveled to an Islamic country later.
